Revtronic have been established for many years specialising in car electronics, we have found solutions and repaired many items that may have been rendered unrepairable by other companies.
QHow do I know if you have repaired my item properly ?
We have full bench testing facilities , with all necessary wiring and schematic diagrams, so we can fully test your unit before sending.
QDo I get a warranty for the repair work that you have done ?
Yes, for sure all work carried out comes with a warranty to the work we done.
QWhat parts do you use when replacing ?
We will use original or manufacture rated equivalent components , with a higher tolerance than the original one. Sometimes old components can become obsolete. We stock most repair components.
QDo I really have to print and send the form with my repair ?
Yes, please ! This will make it easier for both parties. We get many parcels daily and sometimes with no name, address or fault description , this can delay repairs. With your information and fault description , we can speed up your repair time.
QHow shall I send my item for repair ?
Please make sure that your item is securely packed covering any fragile plug , screen or corner. Please use enough bubble wrap or newspaper to make sure the item does not get damaged in the post. Sometimes we receive some very badly packed parcels where the item has been damaged during transit.
QHow long will my repair take ?
Normally we try to turn-round the same-day or next day so you will not be too long without your unit. Depending if we have the parts and how busy we are.
QCan I drive my car without my instrument cluster or airbag ecu ?
We would strongly suggest NOT to, unless you need to move your car in an emergency.
QWhat service do you use to send my parcel back ?
Your item will be packed securely and sent by DHL nextday during normal working days. (Excluding public holidays and weekends.)
QHow can I pay for my repair ?
The quickest way to pay is by credit card , we also accept paypal and cheques. You will get a full VAT invoice.
QHow can I remove my unit ?
To remove your unit , you can call our office and we can give you guidelines, if you are not sure then please take your car to a suitable workshop who will be able to remove your unit correctly.
