How To Remove your Ford Focus Instrument Cluster :

Lower steering
Remove bottom trim for cluster
Remove 2 x T20 screws at bottom of cluster
Use a plastic wedge and slide between the top of the cluster , there are normally 2 metal clips and pull forward
Unclip plug at the rear of the instrument cluster.

Rang these guys 21/02/2018 with instrument cluster problem on my 2006 Ford Focus 1.6. I got booked in 22/02/2018 10.30 guy on reception very helpful, technician came and took cluster out repaired it and explained what the problem was, fixed it within an hour. Was good to see a company who took pride in the services they offered, I would defo recommend this company to people who need works doing to their cars.

Took my Ford Focus instument cluster for repair, it was done the same day and I picked it up the following morning, it came back clean and well packaged, repair has been spot on and they were very friendly when I phoned.
Really easy to book the repair and pay.
Good price as well, I have had quotes for double for exactly the same repair from other places.
I would definatley use then again and will be recommending them to people I know, and I’m in the motor trade.
