Had been having intermittent problems with my Ford Focus stereo/navigation system for quiet a while. It kept shutting down/going into hibernation mode. Found a "work around" and had been doing that which sorted problem for a while but recently the problem was happening on a daily basis. Posted the stereo/navigation system to Revtronic on Friday and they repaired it immediately and returned it to me by the Tuesday! Amazing service/now works perfectly/can't thank you enough!
