Toyota Aygo 1.0 2010 Cluster Repair. Had an issue with the right Tell Tale light not working on my 2010 Toyota Aygo. I had tried all the YT fixes inlcuding removing and cleaning the indicator stalk. Nothing worked but thankfully by chance I came across a forum where someone mentioned Revtronic. I had never heard of them but after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge and send the Instrument Cluster to them. Well what can I say, all the reviews are spot on. I posted the cluster Monday 14th around 1pm and it was on its way back to me Tuesday aftermoon and received at my front door midday on Wednesday 16th. Never seen such a quick turnaround time, but time alone would not make for a full review but the fact it is now 100% working in the car. I cannot recomment this company enough and the fact this cost me £99 plus the cost to post the item to them vs nearly £340 Toyota wanted. A+++

Fiat Punto Evo Blue&Me unit

My USB port in my Fiat Punto had stopped working which made my commute miserable! I contacted several people who claimed they could fix it but my unit didn’t have a part number on it so I was ignored. Revtronic replied to my email quickly and also sent my fully repaired unit back to me super quickly! I’ve never been so happy to hear my phone make the charging noise. Sent VW cluster in for repair Friday received Saturday at Revtronic. Repaired Saturday as notified by email. Sent back tracked UPS Monday received Tuesday fitted back in this morning. Amazing service in speed literally couldn't be any quicker. A little worried as previously repaired by another company which failed after just a year, so very happy to have it repaired again so quickly by Revtronic. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing this sort of repair service.

Toyota Aygo indicator (right not flashing)…sent the cluster in on Saturday Special delivery.. Revtronic received it Monday…it was fixed and sent back on Monday..fitted and working Tuesday!!…fasted service i have ever received anywhere!!..first class and highly recommended…im still in shock at the speed of the repair!!….brilliant.

My ECU had become water damaged on my Vw cc, Vw tried selling me a new ECU along with a set of injectors as they couldn't promise the software would "talk" to each other. I Sourced an ECU and had my software moved across by REVTRONIC. Two other companies were saying the same as Vw. There was no "this might happen" etc with REVTRONIC. I gave them the ECUs and they called me few hours later all sorted. Plugged it in and the car was alive again. Excellent price and service.

I’m not used to this level of service,posted my Ford S Max dash display on the Friday morning and told by the post office despite paying for next day delivery it might not get to you guys till Monday morning.Fair enough I thought(next working day),then I receive an email Monday lunch time,jobs all done.Back to me Tuesday and everything perfect,absolute amazing service and so refreshing from the usual,covid/war excuses you hear from every other service provider.

Ford Focus 2 2.0 Automatic 2006

I needed a repair for a Focus mk2 Instrument cluster PCB. Sent it off on a Friday afterrnoon and it arrived back on the following Tuesday.
Repair was excellent and now my car starts. I cannot recommend this Company enough.

Sent off a faulty Peugeot 107 cluster unit on Thursday as indicator lights and hazards not illuminating. Had emailed ahead for advice and also spoke to a member of staff on the phone and they were extreme helpful.
The unit was fixed and returned by UPS same day !!! And would have arrived back within 48 hours if it hadn’t have been a weekend. Great communication and UPS delivery.
We refitted the unit in the car and all indicator lights are now working like new. Excellent efficient service - no hesitation in recommending this company.

Mini Cooper Clubman F54 centre control screen LCD repair/replacement screen

I have to say a huge thank you to Pops and staff at Revtronic. I had a broken LCD screen on my mini that had been struck by an object in the car after having to brake suddenly. I went to the local BMW Mini dealership in Stockton on Tees and was quoted £2180 for a replacement screen unit (the metal cased LCD screen unit that sits inside the round housing). I thought they were having a joke quoting this price for a 6.5 inch screen. It is day light robbery to say the least, shocking service and a terrible way to treat customers who have purchased BMW Mini cars. I thought there is no way that little screen is worth £2180, plus a fitting charge and re coding. After hours of research on line searching car forums, breaker yards etc and many emails I cam across Revtronic and the reviews looked great so I emailed and got a very helpful reply from Pops. A few emails later that were promptly answered by Pops I rang them and arranged to pop round the next day and Pops said he would replace the broken 6.5 inch screen while I was there and keep the same metal screen housing so the unit would not need re coding. The price was £375 all in with a warranty for the work done included. I went down the next day and had the new screen fitted in the metal screen housing I had removed from the round centre unit. It literally took the staff minutes to replace and they also helped me fit the unit back in place. Excellent customer service, excellent value, friendly and helpful staff. They put the main dealerships to shame. I whole heartedly recommend you try this company for electrical repairs as an alternative to being ripped off by main dealers. Well done Revtronic 10/10 5 star plus. The main dealers should come to Revtronic for some much needed customer service training.

Unbelievably fast and efficient repair to my 2010 Ford Focus Sat nav/cd/radio which was often not powering on but also likely causing parasitic battery drain. A new battery drained within 4 days as it looks like the radio Can bus module wasn’t closing down the Can bus on the car. Stripped the unit out at 4pm this Wednesday, posted special delivery and it was turned around by Revtronic in under 4 hours, sent back to me today and installed successfully in my car at 2.30pm on Friday. A 400 mile round trip and a fix all inside 2 days. What a result. I find it incredible service. I’m not in the trade, just a regular punter. I’d highly recommend them. Brilliant job.

Had an issue with my Fiat 500L radio, so took it to a Fiat dealership who had the car for a couple of days, got a call from them to be told there was nothing they can do with the radio and it will cost £1100 for a replacement radio. Let's say I said a few bad words to them as it was Fiat's customer service that told me to use the dealership.
The wife looked on the internet and found Revtronic, I called them to be told just send us the radio and what's wrong with it and we will call you back with a quote, I sent it to them last Monday and got a call on Wednesday to be told how much it will be and would I like to go ahead with the repair, I call them back yesterday and was told it's ready for despatch and and payment.
I paid and the cost was let's say at least £850 cheaper then Fiat, the gentleman I spoke to said it will be with me tomorrow which I can say was a shock as this was included in the price, I did receive my radio today fitted back into my car and everything works and I can also clear my code's. I am very impressed with them and how they keep you updated from start to finish. I think I may go back to Fiat and leave some call cards for Revtronic on their service desk. The instrument cluster unit in my Ford C-Max was faulty and caused the dash to illuminate all of the warning lights and make the engine a very erratic starter. I found Revtronic on the internet and they were able to repair the unit at a very competitive price and returned the repaired item within 2 days. I recently used Revtronic for a MINI Radio Boost Head unit issue I had . Several of the buttons had stopped working and a replacement unit is very expensive . The process of repair is very simple , Sent off on Tuesday , I was notified it was fixed on Weds and it was back with me on Thursday . Had a problem with my BMW 650i Convertible CCC Navigation System it was not working unfortunately BMW could not fix the problem thank god for Revtronic can’t praise them enough for their service and help. They were efficient and found the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently. Even got a lovely coffee why we waited thank you thank you I now have a fully functional system.

I have a 2016 Fiat Panda 4x4 Cross, Twin Air. The Blue & Me (Bluetooth) module failed. The Revtronics team gave clear advice on the removal and procedures for repair and they did a first class job in next to no time - 3 days after I sent it for repair it was back to be fitted. Local mechanic fitted it back for me and it needed a proxy alignment. Mechanic Toby ran his software (not the multiecuscan that is recommended) and the flashing mileometre stopped flashing and everything bluetooth works fine now...so including the £20 for Toby (20 minutes) and the £96 for Revtronic the cost has been £115....whereas for the Fiat dealership to do it (replace the unit then do the proxy alignment) would cost over £400 I think.

So, thanks guys. Recommended and such a helpful and polite crew!!

I must say what a fantastic service. I phoned up to ask regarding a footwell module repair on a BMW 1 series , 30 minutes later i was at the shop and shortly after that repair done , i took the module home fitted it and it works perfectly.

Had an issue with my Clio instrument cluster where the LCD display stopped working. I literally could not find anyone local to me who could give me an easy fix and Renault were charging me £500+ for a brand new replacement. By some miracle I found Revtronic and even though it took two trips they worked their magic to give me a temporary fix in the first instance and then repaired my original cluster in the second instance give or take a few tweaking issues. Everything was done while I waited and even though it took a couple of hours, it was totally worth it. Friendly and incredibly skilled staff. Great customer service!

The Becker Map Pilot in my Mercedes A Class packed up. I found Revtronic on eBay & after messaging them I sent the unit last Tuesday they received it Thursday morning I had a phone call lunchtime on Thursday to say it was repaired! I paid straight away & it arrived in the post on Friday. That’s amazing service & I think you’d be hard pushed to find anyone offering better than that. The unit is now working again for a fraction of the cost of buying a replacement. It’s just had a good test on a 300 mile drive & it worked perfectly & is fully updated.

I was recommended Revtronic by a family friend and the whole process was simple, quick and it fixed the issue I was having. My Ford Focus 2010 had an issue with the instrument cluster bringing up fault codes and engine management warnings. Believe the reviews people, as so many others have stated, Revtronic give outstanding customer service. My Toyota Auris cluster indicator LED had stopped working, with Toyota unable to help I found Revtronic after some car fault forums and internet research.
I called them on the Monday and the very helpful engineer went through all details with me. I sent the cluster to them on the Tuesday, they received it 10am on Wednesday, I got the "all done" email at midday on Wednesday and received it back by 10am Thursday, all now fitted and working and 1 very happy and appreciative customer - many thanks Revtronic!

Audi S3 2014.
Came across Revtronic amongst google searches when Audi main dealer quoted circa £3k to repair (or rather replace MMI unit in glovebox) due to intermittent sound or no sound despite everything else working ok. Spoke to Revtronic over the phone beforehand and they quickly identified what the likely cause of the problem was. Bit twitchy about sending unit in post but having done so via tracked Royal Mail on the Thursday the unit was repaired and back in the car working on the Tuesday - 3wd's. Superb work. All done with 12 month guarantee. Puts Audi to shame..!!

Abarth 500 blue & me module repair

We sent our blue & me module up to Revtronic for repair,and received fantastic service,every email was answered promptly,and the repaired unit was back with us in record time.
Was told that the unit would need proxy alignment after fitting back in the car,and a local auto electrician could do this,we phoned several automotive diagnostics in our local area and no one was interested.
Decided to take the car up to revtronic for them to do the proxy alignment even that it was a good drive it was well worth it.
Pop the M/D greeted us and promptly got a technician to carry out the work,the work was done quickly all up and running also very kindly set up both my wife’s & my phones onto the blue & me,set the clock and checked the system through to which is now perfect.

I would highly recommend Pop and his team for any auto electrical repairs & testing,the service they provide is second to non also excellent value.

Wow what can I say...This company is AMAZING.
I bought a Mini and came to realise the stereo/ radio wouldn't work. After a quick search on google about what the problem could be, I came across a forum where somebody recommended Revtronic.
I posted the radio unit to Revtronic on 07/06 using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Royal mail delivered the parcel at 10:35 on Thursday 9th June and by 11:41 on Thursday 9th I had already received an email to say the unit had been dispatched and was on its way back to me!
I received the unit back on Friday 10th, all fixed and in full working order.

Ford Ka Blue and Me Bluetooth Control Module Repair Service
Bluetooth stopped working in 2012 Ford Ka, caused flashing odometer and no bluetooth/USB connection. Local Ford dealer did not want to know saying it was Fiat equipment and local Fiat specialist would not touch it because it was not a Fiat. Found Revtronic online purely by chance . Ordered online, sent my item away. They received it on Tuesday Morning and I received a unit back on Wednesday morning. A 1 day turnaround! Nail biting moment when plugged it back in but everything worked again with the added bonus that a proxi alignment was not required. Bluetooth working again and no flashing mileage.

My Porsche PCM 3.1 was constantly rebooting and as my car is out of warranty, Porsche's only suggestion was a replacement approaching £3k!! After exploring several possible fixes, I turned to Revtronics and sent off the unit for diagnosis. Within a week, the unit was returned fully repaired with updated software and maps for less than a quarter of what Porsche wanted. Mini Boost CD Radio, front buttons not working. I posted the radio unit to Revtronic on Monday 17/1/22, they repaired and tested the unit and posted back on Wednesday 19/1/22, it was received the next day and back in the car that evening, working perfectly. Fantastic, professional service and extremely helpful people who were only too willing to answer questions on Saturday afternoon about how to remove the unit from the vehicle. I can't praise these guys highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Audi A3 MMI no sound. Quoted £4.5k by Audi Northampton to fix A3 MMI unit and told there was no other option. Oh and they tried to get me to trade up instead. Found Revtronic via google search. They explained how even I could easily remove the unit in the glove box.
Posted unit midday on Monday and received back Thursday afternoon via UPS. I’m not in anyway technical. Putting it back in was even easier and took less than 5 mins. Total cost £325 all in. Not sure how Audi can justify

Frankly I was a bit nervous sending my money and the failed Becker map pilot fitted to my Mercedes.But it all went like clockwork. Ford Focus MK2 - 2006 year - Dashboard Instrument Cluster issue
I had a dashboard Instrument Cluster issue with all lights showing on cluster and needles spinning and engine cutting out or not starting on my Ford Focus 2006 year model. I contacted Revtronic Ltd mid morning and in discussion with the adviser I took a journey to their premises at 2pm on the same day. The friendly and courteous gentleman (I didn't get his name - sorry) advised me about the common fault with these and he would repair this. Within an hour he rang me to advise that its repaired.
I collected this and the same gentleman gave me some advise about this regarding fitting it back in the car. The price was very modest at £80 and if I had gone to a Ford Dealer or elsewhere I would be charged an extremely higher price (that is if they could do the job). A couple of hours later I fitted it in the car and it was working perfect and I went on a two hour motorway drive the day after with no problems.
I must say this is a superb customer service from Revtronic Ltd and so please that they were able to repair the cluster and the turnaround speed of repair was excellent. I fully recommend that you contact, send or travel to the premises. They are a 100% professional firm.

The back lighting on my Skoda Superb mk2 instrument panel had failed. I removed the instrument cluster at 11.30am ( about 15 min job) and drove to Bradford, just over an hour away. Dropped it off at Revtronic at 1.00pm and went for a cup of coffee. Received a phone call at 2.15pm to tell me the work was done. Back home and cluster installed by 4pm. Brilliant service.

I had problems with my CCC i-drive in my BMW 645, I won't bore you with the details but Revtronic went over and above the service I expected. Not only resolving the i-drive problem which is now operating perfectly, but also coding in my Denison unit remotely, which was not part of the repair but they wanted me to have everything working as it was before. Becker Map Pilot Repair service. Whilst away on holiday Sat Nav died, it would not reset or could not be found by Laptop. A quick google search found Revtronic, a phone call to explain my situation of different addresses and time scale. Posted on the Monday afternoon and returned on Thursday morning. Found this company on google, contacted them by phone to ask if they could help with regards to repairing the LCD on the Climate Control Unit of my Porsche Boxster. Was advised they could and how to do this by someone who was very polite and competent. Completed the required information on the internet the same day and put my unit in the post via special delivery, I was advised the following lunch the work had been completed and the unit was being returned. Received the unit the next day via UPS, in fully working repaired order. Very impressed with the efficiency and work done, would use again and recommend to others.

Revtronic just successfully repaired the speedo unit from my 2010 Ford focus. What superb service - I posted the faulty unit Tuesday morning and it was returned, repaired by UPS at 09.30 on Thursday. I would highly recommend Revtronic for their speed and communication. Their prices were much less than other companies also.

My iDrive unit in my BMW 1 series kept looping on and off. The dealers quoted £1900+vat plus £350 to see what the issue was. Went to a BMW approved garage and they couldn’t fix it. Called other BMW approved garages and one recommended Revtronic. After a quick conversation they told me to remove the unit and send it to them. Sent it in on Monday, they received it on Tuesday and called to confirm and give me their assessment. Told them to go ahead and fix it. Got a call on Wednesday saying it was ready to be sent back. Cost was £375+vat which includes the courier service back. Received it today (Thursday) and it is working again!!! Want to shout from the rooftops about these guys! I had an appointment booked with Revtronic to remove and repair a Mini Radio. I arrived early (thanks to good traffic) and the team started the repair early and so managed to turn it around sooner than originally planned. After driving 4.5 hours to get there without the radio working, it was a pleasure to drive home with the radio on. The team also rectified a couple of small issues created by a previous owner.

Having no audio or computer, does significantly reduce the pleasure out of driving but, I patiently waited until Lockdown restrictions had eased. I booked my appointment and the guys had the radio whipped out from the dashboard in next to no time. Even offered to diagnose and repair while I waited but, due to time restraints, I left it with them. They rang me to say the unit has been repaired and ready for installation, yippee!! MINI COOPER R56 Audio Head Unit Repair

What a great service! My MINI Cooper "Boost" head unit 'died' suddenly. After checking-out all fuses and connections it was apparent that the head-unit itself had developed an internal fault. I was faced with a choice of sourcing a replacement unit (£1,400 plus at a MINI dealership) or sending the unit to Revtronics at a fraction of that cost. I'm so glad I did - Stripped the unit from the car and posted it on Tuesday and received it back fully functioning on Thursday. A couple of hours later it's back in the MINI and working perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending Revtronics to anyone experiencing problems with faulty electronic components on their vehicle. Thanks guys!

I bought a 2002 Mercedes Benz 320 CLK Cabriolet with a few issues as a winter project with a few ''Wheeler Dealers'' easy fixes, water pump, sticky brakes e.t.c. but the instrument binnacle had the usual pixel fault (and something I'm not comfortable with messing with) it is after all 19 years old!! Sent the part off Monday P.M. and got it back Wednesday lunch by parcel courier to my workplace. Amazing service ! Plugged it back in and it's all working fine !! Had been having intermittent problems with my Ford Focus stereo/navigation system for quiet a while.
It kept shutting down/going into hibernation mode. Found a "work around" and had been doing that which sorted problem for a while but recently the problem was happening on a daily basis.
Posted the stereo/navigation system to Revtronic on Friday and they repaired it immediately and returned it to me by the Tuesday!

Had a problem with BMW idrive ccc unit. Was recommended to Revtronic by local BMW specialist. Unit sent off and next day was promtly contacted to inform unit was fixable.2 days later unit was ready for dispatch, good prompt service. Unit fitted with no problems. Software upgrade as well. Added bonus is that the dreaded SOS call malfunction that came on every start-up has gone. Would highly recommend Revtronics .

Sent my Ford Ka clocks off on Saturday,Revtronic’s received early Monday as weekend post delays,had email by lunchtime Monday saying job complete and are on way back to me, received tuesday lunchtime fitted back into car after work,all the lights that was staying dimly lit were out and also flashing ones a total of 8 faulty warning lights fixed!! Mini Cooper Boost CD repair, the power on buttons failed. Great service, posted on Monday and back Wednesday- All working again and the ribbon cable I had dislodged put back.

Arranged to go over to Revtronic last Saturday for them to remove the instrument cluster and replace the LCD on a Ford Focus.
Arrived at 09.30 and within 15 minutes they had removed the instrument cluster diagnosed and repaired the fault and replaced the instrument back in the car.
Pops and the team could not have done anymore they were very friendly and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone.

Called them and they were very Knowledgeable about the fault and told me all i needed to no.

Fixed my start error problem on my Mercedes Vito van . Posted my ecu key and immobiliser off to them on Friday tea time , received them back Monday morning plugged it all back in van started first time fantastic turnaround guys TYVM Would recommend 5* service.

Telephoned to see if my ancient Mercedes COMAMD from a 2000 CLK could be repaired at it no longer read the navigation disc. Spoke to someone (forgot their name) who advised they should have the part in stock and to send the unit in.

Unit arrived at Revtronic today and just got off the phone to say it's been fixed and on it's way back.

Price for the fix was a lot lot less then a new unit for around £2000 from Mercedes and the turnaround was so fast but then this shows they know what they are doing.

Happy to recommend.

I booked and paid online for a V70 instrument cluster repair intending to arrange a courier but decided to ring to see if I could arrange an appointment and drop the unit off. This was quickly sorted but the gentleman I spoke to asked me to confirm that my unit matched the photos on the website. It unfortunately did not which meant it was not one they could repair. However, rather than leave it at that, the gent discussed it with me and said that on my particular model the issue was more likely to be a communications problem with the CEM rather than a faulty DIM. Without being asked he arranged an immediate refund of my payment and this came through within minutes of me ending the call. His knowledge and advice were invaluable as having checked online for the symptoms of CEM issues I found they exactly matched my experience with the car. The car is now booked in at my local Volvo specialist (not dealer) for diagnostics . Customer service and care are paramount these days and his help was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and its employees to anyone.

Frankly I was a bit nervous sending my money and the failed Becker map pilot fitted to my Mercedes.But it all went like clockwork. It was fantastic service and value - the unit came back working within a few days.. I had given up with the Mercedes dealers who had wanted to fit a complete new unit and have my car in for a couple of days at some point weeks ahead.

In my experience you can trust them I wish we had more companies like this in the UK - it would be a happier and more prosperous place.

My Becker Map Pilot stopped working on my Mercedes all of a sudden. I contacted Becker who weren't much help. After repeated emails and phone calls they just kept telling me to go on line, plug the unit in and reregister it even though it was dead and wouldn't communicate. I googled the problem and came across Revtronic who offer a repair service for the Map Pilot. I posted it to them on Wednesday it was returned fully repaired the following Friday. Problem sorted, excellent service.

Thanks Revtronic. Repaired and returned the faulty MMI unit for my Audi A3 in less than a week. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Saved me a small fortune - my local Audi dealership were asking 10 times the cost of repair to replace the unit.

We had an issue where our 2012 mini Countryman radio wasn't working when we bought the car, it wouldn't switch on and half the buttons didn't do anything. Display was working fine. Contacted Pops at Revtronic and he helped with identifying if they can repair it and helped with the whole repair process.

I posted the radio to Revtronic, via courier, on Tuesday and received is fully repaired and tested on Thursday of the same week. I couldn't believe how fast their service was.

I can't recommend their service enough. All this for R125 including return postage, I did have to pay for posting it to them on top of this price but very satisfied with the service.

Vito van 110 cdi 2001, Ignition lights on dash when key turned on but turn key to start position and nothing no power to the starter, start error message on dash, no way of starting the van, sent all the necessary parts to Revtronic, Day one posted out - Day two repaired and received back the third day, fantastic work, van starting and running fine now, can and will recommend, very happy with Revtronic Many Thanks

Repair 2008 BMW X5 Nav computer system includes radio, navigation, cameras, and electronic tools

Being in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, one could be a little skeptical to get this kind of service completed and 100% working as stated and my BMW back to its original status. But that's what happened. Have a little faith and it all worked out and Much cheaper than the BMW behemoth who only wanted to sell me a new unit and not a repair.

I dealt with POPS and what a pleasure it was. He was quick to reply and I know some of his responses had to be a night with the time difference. His work was quick and everything spelled out and simple to how we would accomplish this. I believe that most of his traffic is local, not halfway around the globe.

It is nice to know that you can still do business remotely without ever meeting the person.

Have no fear in working with this team. Thay are great.

Absolutely First Class service from Revtronic. I posted my Mercedes Becker Map Pilot to Revtronic in Bradford on Monday 24th February. The map pilot was frozen on the Becker logo, Mercedes main dealer couldn’t fix it despite them having my car for 6 hours and charging me £70 for a diagnostic examination. Revtronic returned my Becker Map Pilot to me at noon on Thursday 27th February duly repaired and in full working order. I couldn’t recommend this service any higher, brilliant.

Well, What can i say! I bought a 2003 Volvo V70 D5 with the dash fault dirt cheap, The dash was pretty much dead, No gauges and the rest of it was a mess, I thought it was scrap, I emailed revtronic and spoke to 'Pop's' He said that if they cannot repair it i get it sent back with a full refund, That satisfied me to give it a go! I posted my Dash cluster Royal mail special delivery on Saturday at 09.20, I get it back on the next Monday afternoon! Yes, That's 3 days including a Sunday! Plugged it in today and it work's flawlessly, Based on my experience i totally recommend these guy's!

Speedometer had stop working on my 2005 citroen C5. Called these guys 10.00 Saturday and they said ye bring it up today. 50 minute drive up to Bradford and keys took off me at reception. Instrument cluster removed straight away. Waited about 30 minutes in reception then same guy gave me keys back and all sorted. Top service. Back home for 12.40. Thanks revtronic.

My partner's MINI had the usual FRM failure. Looked into the fixes available; buy a secondhand unit and whack in your VO etc. but it seemed a bit of a gamble if you consider the unit may be at that state where the thing is about to fail again. Anyway, looked into a few firms that fix this kind of thing and Revtronic pops up complete with outstanding reviews and testimonials... and with good reason. I sent the unit on a next day service. Signed for at 11am, repaired and shipped by 12:14. Received next day, fitted and on the road that afternoon. Awesome!

Don't mess about - if you need the module sorted and want to be up and running in as little time as possible and don't have the know-how or equipment to do it yourself, use these guys.

I am really glad i got Revtronic to repair my focus dash. A very quick turn around helpful on the phone and they charged me less than the quoted price.
I would use them again.

Instrument cluster on 2009 Mondeo died on me, after intermittent failures this past year (apparently a well-known Ford issue). I found Revtronic online and got in touch by phone and email. They were efficient and honest with me - assessing the chances of a successful repair to be 50/50 but inviting me to bring it over. I've just got back, and can report that they did a fantastic job: removed the cluster board, examined and diagnosed, repaired cracked/dry lines across the board, tested and re-fitted, all in about 90 mins while I mouched around the city centre: just a 10 minute walk away. Price was fair, at about £150, a lot less than Ford. Really friendly and decent set-up at Revtronic - I highly recommend them if you have similar auto electric problems.

Volvo V70 - The DIM Unit was not working (It had a fault on the unit) - Local Volvo garage wanted £860 to sort it. Contacted Revtronic - drove to their workshop £80 to repair and £48 to remove and refit it. Work was performed under an hour - These prices included VAT - Wonderful job - Great Factory - Highly recommended.

Audi A3 MIB No Sound/Cutting Out Repair

A huge and special thank you to the team at Revtronic for all their hard work and quick turnaround. For quite a while I was experiencing an issue with my car’s radio module where the sound would be filled with static or completely stop playing from overheating. The dealer wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to replace and get a new one which I thought was ridiculous given that the car is only 5 years old and this is a result of Audi choosing to place this module in the glove compartment. I came across this website where I saw they specialize in repairing such issues and decided to give it a try. I shipped the module internationally where it took a couple of weeks to clear customs but received it less than a week after it was repaired. Now, the radio works perfectly and sounds great like the day I bought the car. Revtronic is the BEST! Great quality work, fast, and way less than a fraction of what the dealers wanted. The best part is Pops kept me updated during the entire process.

Had a really bad problem with the dash cluster on my Ford Focus, had lots of faults coming up on the screen (transmission failure, engine system fault, acceleration reduced)
I had the car checked over and there was nothing wrong with it but was told the problem was in the dash cluster and I would need to buy a new one,
When I checked the prices out for a new one I was shocked at the cost but then I saw Revtronic's website saying that they can repair them for a fraction of the price of new one.
You can take the car there or post the cluster to them, I took mine off the car and someone run me there, they got straight on with it while we relaxed in their comfy waiting room
and in next to no time it was repaired and ready.
Got it home and straight back on the car and it runs like new now, everything about dealing with Revtronic was so easy and straight forward and would defiantly recommend.

First repair to my BMW 535D MULF Unit by Revtronic was in November 2017. Prompt service then and happy with everything. Unit broke down again in April 2019 - it's on a 14 year old car. Sent back for extensive bench testing and report. The unit overheats on hot days and is a poor design (BMW take note!). The heat builds up and makes the unit malfunction intermittently due to the circuit board being enclosed in an un-ventilated metal box (!) Initially, Revtronic suggested adding a small fan (like that used in PC's) but instead swapped my MULF unit for a tested / refurbished "new" one - with a full year's guarantee. Reduced charge for the extra work due to previous unit costs. Picked the new unit up. They fitted it, programmed it into my car and tested it all worked. Again, very happy with the professional way Revtronic have dealt with my malfunctioning MULF unit. Can’t recomend these guys highly enough, Took my BMW 3 series to them that had issues with a LCM unit meaning I had hardly any lights. I contacted them saturday morning and they fitted me in that same morning. Unfortunately the repair did not solve my problem but the engineers spent a further hour helping to diagnose what the problem was with the car even though they had completed there work. Turned out there was a fuse in the wrong location. Would definitely use this company again for any work or repairs I need doing in future

My BMW X5 2008 `I` Drive system stopped working so took it to BMW dealers in Hull who quoted me thousands of pounds to replace the CCC unit.
Spoke to Revtronic over the phone who quoted me a fraction of the cost of BMW dealers and suggested I have a re-conditioned unit fitted and that the unit could be replaced the same day. So I traveled to Bradford 09/04/2019 from Hull and arrived 09.35 hours expecting a 4 to 6 hour job to replace the unit....................by 10.00 Hrs I was leaving Revtronic with a re-conditioned CCC unit fitted and a very healthy BMW X5!
The guys here did a sensational job, they are very polite, very knowledgeable and extremely professional.
Everything now works perfectly and one year guarantee supplied.
Could not recommend this company highly enough..............well done guys!

I spoke to Syd who I found very helpful, friendly & professional. I had a problem with the navigation & information/entertainment system on my BMW 6 series convertible which Syd diagnosed as a fault in the CCC unit. After discussing with Syd we decided that the best solution for me was for me was to take the car to them which I did on the 25/03/2019. When I arrived the first thing I got was a welcoming friendly smile & a cup of coffee ( BRILLIANT ) , Syd had rebuilt, fully updated & tested CCC unit for me & had it running on the bench. He removed the CCC unit from car, fitted the rebuilt unit into my car, he set it all up including radio coding, sat nav, logic 7, tv & put in a few extra features like digital speedo. He left me to try it all out & answer any questions. The system is now working perfectly, he gave me the invoice which I thought was reasonable compared to BM prices ( less than half the cost ) & a 12 month warranty, I can not fault any part of this company & would highly recommend.

I really once again very much thankful to Revtronic. They are wonderful, communication wise service wise no compromise.

Used the guys to do the ccc chip on my 2006 bmw 320d touring business professional sat nav system. sent the unit away 6 days later got it back and realised sat nav screen wasnt working the guys got it picked up diagnosed it and sent it back in 24 hrs diagnosed a 5 amp fuse had blown in the car, it was a 10 amp but a fair diagnosis from 200 miles away replaced fuse and all sweet. Car was going into limp mode both warning lights on rev and speedo drop. When stopped the immobiliser flashed and Computer warnings of Steering Assist Problem, Engine System Failure and Break Assist Failure. No stored fault codes and no codes showing when problem occurs.
Contacted a few companies on a Saturday morning, Revtronic was the only one to respond on the day. Shipped my cluster on Sunday had it returned fixed on Wednesday. It is now late December and I have not had a problem since.
Kept me informed every step. Great service at a reasonable price. Very grateful

What a fantastic company to deal with! I needed to have some conversion work done on an imported BMW 528i SE and they did wonderful work. Replacing the xenon adaptive headlights was going to be really expensive - £3000. They were able to reprogram the headlights to dip in the correct fashion. They also sorted out the navigation system, radio and CD player. All for a fraction of the cost of buying new headlights. Not only did they do great work but they are also really great and friendly people, getting the work done really fast and also offering additional advice on the remaining work that needed to be done. What a pleasure to deal with them. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I went to the Revtronic premises last week to pick up and fit the Sat Nav / iDrive Computer they had repaired for my 3 Series BMW, when re-fitted it worked like a dream.

A power fault with the iDrive controller then appeared, which turned out to be a 5 Amp Fuse behind the glove box. The guys diagnosed and replaced the fuse fault, without any extra charge etc. They were more than helpful, very professional, and just went the additional mile to the the customer running. I spoke to Pop on the phone and he clarified some issues I had with my BMW X5 DVD unit and sign posted me on how to uninstall the unit and send to Bradford as it was saying insert navigation disc.
I received a telephone call from Pop the next day advising me that my unit was in good condition and I required the professional Navigation DVD.

A Quick Thank you to Pops & the Lads down at Revtronic...I had a persistent Display fault on my Mercedes W215 Instrument Display which had eluded the best efforts of other repairers north of the border.. so having located Revtronic ( on the Net with excellent reviews) & having good initial communication with pops, who Immediately ascertained what the probable fault was with my display, I arranged a visit down to Bradford..Just a quick three hour uneventful drive down from Glasgow brought me to Revtronic in Bradford..good information from Revtronic's web site made for easy travel into Bradford to their facility which had good safe & secure parking & a very pleasant & welcoming reception area...Handed over my Defective unit & just over an hour & a half later I was presented with a repaired & fully working unit ...Pops explained that the speedometer step motor had been defective so was replaced , the back light transformers were replaced & unit its self fully reset...Head unit was refitted into the car & I had a very pleasant drive back up to Glasgow with No issues what soever from the repaired instrument head...great to have a working accurate speedometer & back light Binnacle again.....great work Pops & terrific value & superb technical information...

Found Revtronics on line , followed their booking instructions and sent the radio to them on Monday. It arrived back at my front on Thursday door fully repaired with all pixels back and readable.That's a 2 day turn around , amazing !!!
Its now in the car today Thurdsday AND i can now read and work the radio again.

Rapid turn round of the repair to my '02 Volvo XC70 instument cluster. It's so nice to have all the information displayed properly again. Don't hesitate to take the cluster out of the car, just follow the Video. It is a really simple job. Just remember to disconnect the battery first to avoid fault codes appearing when re-installing and pack the cluster well before despatch. These guys are very competent - they should be running the country! EXCELLENT PRICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Just want to say a big thanks to the guys at Revtronic, i was down in the slumps when my audi mmi stopped working (no sound) having been told from Audi i would need to replace the whole unit quoting me £3500 & that it could not be repaired. 5. STAR service, BMW ccc unit sent on a Monday back on Wednesday, fitted a new laser assembly clean and align mech. Certainly will recommend Revtronic to friends. Excellent value, better than paying out £500. to £600 for a new unit.

I have a five series BMW 2.5ltr estate , E60 . It developed a severe electric power drain . Took it to my local garage who are quite good. They could not locate the source of the power drain . The vehicle would go flat within a couple of hours . My garage took it to an electrical specialist who informed me that the wiring loom in the heading was faulty and needed to be replace at a cost of £520.00.
I declined this as I was sure this was not the problem .
After almost five weeks , I had the car back still with the power drain .
I contacted Revtronic and spoke to Pops. After describing the problems , Pops directed me to a control module located under the spare wheel recess in the boot area .Pops informed me that if the module gets damp, it would create the problems I was experiencing . On checking , I had a small pool of water in the said area right where the module was located . New module and connectors fitted , problem solved.
Pops clearly knows his stuff and although I was quite prepared to drive from Birmingham to Bradford , a 2 1/2 hour trip each way , Pops talked me through the problem for the cost of a telephone call..
I can not thank Pops enough for the help he gave me . Just wish I had spoke to him in the first instance . Would happily recommend Revtronic to my friends and family .

Renault Scenic II Dashboard fault.

I'm well impressed with these guys!

I had an appointment booked for 11 o' clock, but arrived a fair bit earlier having overly-catered for the notorious M62. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was offered a coffee virtually straight away. Not long after someone started work on my car to remove the dashboard which had fallen under the dreaded "Renault Common Faults" curse.

In just over half an hour I was pleasantly surprised to be told that my car was ready and all was good. Apart from having a fully functioning dashboard again, you wouldn't have known anybody had been in the car!

I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone.who has the same or similar problem.

I got booked in 22/02/2018 10.30 guy on reception very helpful, technician came and took cluster out repaired it and explained what the problem was, fixed it within an hour. BMW X5 E70 CCC Sat Nav repair

Drove to Bradford to get my Sat Nav repaired and they could not have been more helpful. They were very efficient and when complete I could not tell that anything had been removed from the dash, all was back neatly in place no squeeks or rattles as new. Sat Nav works a treat I would give the guys 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend.

I started having problems with my BMW E61 Sat Nav DVD player telling me to either Load the Disc or that there was a Read Error.  After looking on the 5-Series forums, the name of Revtronics came up and I emailed them on Friday 26th January about possibly taking my car up to them for Monday lunchtime.

I received a very prompt return email from Pops (the Gaffa!) who said that they could fit me in so I drove to Bradford from Cambridge on Monday 29th Jan.  I took the unit out of my car and handed it over to the team at Revtronic and then sat in their waiting room until it was done.  Less than an hour later, one of Pop's guys told me that it was all fixed and working and that their work was guaranteed for 12 months.  

I then asked Pops whether he could also code my electric folding mirrors so that they folded in when the car was locked with the remote.  This he did and he also gave me the 'V-Max' coding update which shows you a digital speed readout in the middle of the dash where the miles/range/mpg/ display is.  Now, I can use the BC button to scroll through all those features plus get a digital speed reading. 

The repair and coding was faultless and the cost was very reasonable.  I would like to thank Pops and his team for being most professional and courteous and above all, so prompt.  I am extremely pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Revtronics to anyone.  These boys are wizards!!      

Audi TT 8n Cluster Overhaul!!

Arrived mid morning for a complete dash pod overhaul. LCD was literally on the blink, fuel and engine temp needles looked like VU meters on a stereo and to top it off the immobiliser which is controlled by the dash pod refused to co-operate which called for divine intervention when turning the key to start the engine. I went to s stroll down to the museum and arrived back just after lunch - all was complete and I was on my way. Excellent service, friendly and very knowledgeable. I hope I don't see these guys again but if ever I have a dash problem these are the guys to call. Down to earth and great bunch of guys. The repair was not cheap however I did need every aspect of repair to my dash pod which Audi would have charged more than triple what I paid so am satisfied to no end.

I travelled 100 miles for 1 hour 30 mins, i was immediately greeted by Pops a very friendly courteous and professional gentleman, pops diagnosed the issue on my BMW 635i sat nav, i handed over the keys, Pops showed me to the waiting area made me a delicious coffee and he set to work, 45 minutes later pops asked me to pair my phone and input a destination in to the nav etc, everything worked perfectly, pops noticed i did not have my Auto lights on so put them on for me ensuring i had a safe journey home

I have suffered with a rare CCC failure on my glorious 2005 645CI and decided to make the 270 mile round trip to the see Pops and the chaps at Revtronic to get the problem resolved. I spent almost 2 hours with them, but when they had finished the problem that my local BMW garage said was 'unrepairable' was sorted. I could not have been happier and feel indebted to these outstanding engineers. No one else can do what these chaps can do and their 'can do' approach is remarkable. Avoid dealerships and take your car to Revtronic!

I thought revtronic had sent me back the the wrong cluster at first but on further inspection i realised it was the same one i sent only fully cleaned and looking like new. BMW Professional CCC Unit

The whole team are Revtronic are brilliant. I would not hesitate recommending them. Pop guided me through troubleshooting my BMW CCC unit and then next steps. I was able to post my unit to the team which was then returned safely and speedily via UPS. A very quick turnaround time for the repair and throughout the whole process I was kept informed via phone and email.
I had issues with an after market TV tuner and the team were able to send me a cable and remotely troubleshoot and re-program my CCC unit.

Had the normal trouble with my 04 Transit van dash, intermittent and annoying loss of various indications.
Sent it to Revtronic for Ford Transit Cluster Repair in last post on Monday, got a call Tuesday afternoon to say that it was ready for dispatch, got it back before noon on Wednesday, fitted and working great after lunch. Fast professional service, so if you are organised, your van need not be out of service for long!

Thoroughly excellent service from start to finish. My SKODA Octavia VRS needed the instrument cluster binning according to SKODA and a new one at a cost of £1100. And they weren't terribly helpful with that verdict either. No options, no other suggestions. Simply buy it or don't buy it. So I decided don't buy it. I don't like that kind of ransom. It was a case of read a lot about it, and a discovery, that led me to these guys. Welcomed by Pops after a very long drive, from Devon, with a great cup of Yorkshire tea, and we went over the necessary work. I received good advice to consider not over tuning my car because the VRS is essentially already a mapped engine. Then I was shown how my work was being done (except the arcane secrets of the mapping magician and his computer gizmo), and what I saw was an impressive sight; a nifty super clean workshop that looks like it can tackle almost any automotive electronics issue.

They undertook multiple jobs with speed & professionalism and all my work was completed whilst I waited. It was almost like an F1 pit stop for the ordinary guy. Not that you want to call in at ten to five on a Friday like I did with one job. Was completely amazed how Banny got straight onto it so I could continue on a lengthy journey to Devon. My instruments are shining bright as the cool morning light. Come on SKODA, you disappointed me. You didn't make me happy. That's bad. These guys had me guessing no more where my rev counter is pointed in the dead of night, all for a fraction of SKODA's price.

Pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and technical diagnostics of the fault. The idrive unit on my 6 series BMW E63 kept restarting constantly, I could not get into it, very frustrating... I was quoted thousands by BMW for a new idrive and then extra charges for software updates. I found Revtronics through a google search and decided to give them a go, they diagnosed and understood the fault quickly and fixed the unit at a fraction of the cost and it works perfectly. Infact as they were so reasonable and professional I decided to have a Bluetooth streaming device fitted to the idrive while the unit was with them and that works like a treat as well, no more Aux cables. BMW 5 series MULF Module repair - no radio, no bluetooth, no navigation etc. Called Revtronic who advised probably faulty MULF module. Told how to find unit in the boot. Removed unit and sent it to Revtronic using Royal Mail Special Delivery on Thursday. Confirmed receipt on Friday. Fixed and returned by Tuesday. Reinstalled unit and re-connected mobile through bluetooth - all working properly again. Thanks to Revtronic for the detailed phone help and prompt repair / return. Mercedes Viano Instrument cluster had fading LCD.
I contacted two separate mercedes agents but as the vehicle was an 05 registration both
seemed completely disinterested. I then contacted a specialist independent mercedes garage
who never returned my call once I had explained the problem and asked for a price.
I found Revtronic with a google search and I could not believe what a magnificent service they
provided for me. They phoned to advise the problem was a little more complicated than originally thought
and needed a little longer to resolve the problem. The item was fixed in a couple of days
and returned in perfect working order.

(Audi TT Quattro instrument cluster repair) After looking up cluster repairs online, I phoned Revtronic as they seemed to offer the repair at a good price compared to other similar companies, so I sent it by next day delivery. I was then pleasantly surprised to receive it back repaired in 24 hours. Have now fitted it back in and all is working as it should.
I would definitely use Revtronic again for this type of repair (I didn't even think of going to Audi - would have cost a lot more I'm sure !)

Revtronic were recommended to me by another garage, so I called in to see if it was possible to have the video in motion enabled on my Audi A4 Avant 2016, and despite having the new 4g Audi MMI system in my car, which is much more difficult to encode, Banny and the lads found a suitable workout around which worked a treat. I was having problems with the iDrive on my BMW E60. As I was passing Bradford I took the unit in personally. They quickly checked the unit and told me that it was working. They then tested the iDrive controller on the car and found that was working too. Rather than come back another day they dropped everything and hauled the car into the workshop. Within an hour I was on my way with all of the components refitted and my iDrive working. The fault was a dud bluetooth unit, something a main dealer would have taken a lot of money to find. Thanks guys, your customer service is outstanding.

I had a faulty Renault Scenic (2006) Dashboard which every now and then would cut out and reset itself. Not very helpful travelling on long journeys and you cant see your mph or fuel gauge. The mileage had 10000 added to it after the initial reset which was very annoying.

I reported this fault to Renault, and they said that they could fix it for under £300 inc labour, so i started to look around on the internet for a cheaper quote.
After trying a couple of places REVTRONIC caught my eye.
I emailed them about my problem, which they promptly replied back saying that they could fix for under £70 and if i supplied a copy of my cars MOT certificate they could fix my mileage too.
As REVTRONIC are based in West Yorks and i live in Devon, i couldn't take my Car to them, so i just sent the dash unit with the required docs via Royal Mail special delivery on the Monday. The following day i had an email from REVTRONIC saying that my unit had been fixed and corrected and had been dispatched back via UPS. Wednesday it had arrived and i had fitted it back into my Car back to its original working state and with the Mileage corrected. From start to finish,the process had taken 3 days.

I cannot recommend REVTRONIC highly enough. Their professionalism and quality of service is second to none, with a competitive price.

My Renault Scenic had the dreaded instrument cluster failure, looked around and a lot of places they only offered for me to post my cluster to them and would of taken 3-4 days, Revtronic let me book a time slot to bring my car in and have it fixed while I waited, WOW what a service, cluster was repaired in 40 mins and mileage was corrected, happy days. Pops and the guy's at Revtronic were very helpful and professional at what they do. Volvo V70 2002 DIM repair. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had put up with "urgent SRS warning" and complete intermittent DIM failure for a few weeks. Was told DIM may be unrepairable but Revtronic received it at 10.30am and returned it fully repaired at 17.20 the same day. Amazing. Just to say that removing the DIM module is very easy but remember to lower and pull out the steering column for easier access.

My BMW 320D F30 was remapped by the team at Revtronic, After the remap the car occasionally would indicate a drivetrain warning message usually in traffic when laboring in a high gear. Otherwise the car performance had a marked improvement over standard in all the modes. Revtronic explained than there can be differences between the same car engines, depending on Mileage, Usage, Sensors etc. and asked me to return the car to them to investigate. They were able to identify the issue from my car error codes and provide a new remap to sort the issue, all in a few hours. The car's all around performance is significantly improved after the remap and I am very happy with both the outcome and service I received from the guys at Revtronic.

I have also had Revtronic apply various BMW coding options to my car, including changing the default on the stop/start so it remembers the last setting used even when the vehicle is switched off, plus other tweaks.

Good value but its their knowledge, expertise and service which is why i will use them in future.

Hi, I never do these so forgive me if its not very good but I just wanted to thank Pop and the guys. Our 5 series BMW had a serious problem a week before xmas 2016.
Our regular garage said repair would be about £1300, just before xmas that was a non starter. car was driveable but without many features. So we began the slow process of saving enough to have it renewed.
Then one day while looking on the old web came across this site, was very impressed by what people had said ,and faults sorted sounded like ours.
So decided to drop pop an email with all my details and ask the question, ( can you help us ? ) pop replied same day. Said it could be done and the price was amazing.
So without delay booked a appointment to take car over to pop. Arrived, was met by pop who asked for a little more info on the fault , then got us two hot drinks and some where nice to sit, and under two short hours job done !!! To our amazement car even better than it was before fault occurred.
We really cannot praise these guys enough, if you have a problem these are the guys to sort it. To pop and guys, all the very best and thank you all so much.

CCC unit on my E60 BMW (Japanese spec) crashed and was draining the vehicles battery. It needed replacement. Revtronic provided me with an updated version which works much better than the original one that came with the vehicle. The sales service was excellent and shipping was on time.

I drove to revtronics this morning with my dad in tow as I had no audio and a temperamental idrive in my 6 series bmw, spend time and a lot of money trying to get it fixed elsewhere but with no luck, main dealer said they would replace my idrive at a cost of approximately 4K, an hour after dropping my car off this morning i got a call to say it was ready to collect, my idrive had been replaced and my audio fixed all for the cost of £590, these guy are amazing and I would highly recommend them.

My Idrive was completely dead on my BMW 530d M Sport. After inquiring by telephone I explained the issue on the phone and they seemed to have extensive knowledge about the issue and came up with a reasonable price,less than half of the main dealer. Booked an appointment, turned up and it was done in 45 minutes with a swap of the ccc and the coding. Very friendly service I would recommend to anyone.

Had ongoing problems with the iDrive in my 6 series BMW. Revtronic were the only people I could find who seemed to understand and have some real knowledge of the issues involved. Right from the start they asked sensible questions about how the fault manifested itself, which is more than anyone at BMW seemed able to do! I took the car up to Bradford for an exchange unit to be fitted, which Revtronic did quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately this didn't cure the problem so the car went back, with some more information as to what was happening with the intermittent fault. This time they got it absolutely right and solved the problem completely. More importantly they had an understanding of what they had done and why they had done it (in this case it was the bluetooth module).
Excellent service, really knowledgeable people and very nice with it. Can't recommend them highly enough. They also treat your vehicle with respect and attention. great customer service.

Our parcel tracking showed that they received the U/S cluster around 11:30 on Tuesday, and incredibly they shipped out the repaired cluster a few hours later, and it arrived in PERFECT WORKING ORDER the VERY NEXT DAY about 500 miles south in the deepest, darkest countryside in Western France.

I found these guys through the internet and asked them to look at my wife's 2006 Mini Cooper BCM. The high beam on the nearside headlight was staying on even when the ignition was off which points to the BCM. Before accepting the BCM for repair they were even offering advice on other things to check. Not many places do that nowadays as most are out to take your cash far too eagerly.
On receiving the BCM back I was having other issues as well which meant further calls to the guys. Again they were offering all sorts of advice and diagnosis. All the issues meant taking a trip up to them with the unit but to no avail they could not cure the faults due to the unit being corrupt. They sourced a used unit and transferred all the data from the original one and hey presto all cured and to top it all for no extra costs. I mithered the hell out of these guys and was met with constant help. I can't recommend them enough and in particular a massive thanks goes to Banny for his patience, help and sheer knowledge.

Renault Kangoo 1.6 auto 2004, repair of instrument cluster progressivelly erratic over 6 months to complete fail due to sea air corrosion to circuit board and corrupted processor.
Your advice following my description of the faults was clear and prompt.
The day you received my cluster you had it repaired and next day, after I paid, you posted it back.
Following morning I received and fitted the cluster and it works perfectly. Mileage retained on odometer too.
So, Monday I posted cluster to you; Thursday morning it returned and fitted, working perfectly.

I had a broken telematics control unit (TCU MULF) in my BMW E61 2004 touring which meant the Bluetooth no longer worked for the phone - it was diagnosed fixed and upgraded allowing me to use my phone again. Before coming across their service I spent ages looking for a solution. My only gripe was I did not get an email confirming receipt of my unit which made me a bit anxious initially but a phone call from me confirmed they had received the unit and i then had it back within days. Banny was so pleasant on the phone I was a bit sorry I did not live closer so I could visit in person.

Arrived at 09:30 for removal/repair of a Vauxhall insignia instrument cluster light fault. After 3 hours the repair was completed and the unit was fitted back in the car. The lighting on the cluster is better than new and the job was done at a fraction of what Vauxhall would have charged for a new unit. These guys are the real deal and I would not hesitate to use the again. Thanks again guys first class service.

My BMW E93 sat nav didn't know where my car was. I emailed Revtronic who replied almost immediately with a helpful diagnostic test. This confirmed I needed a new GPS tuner so I sent off my sat nav unit and was surprised to get a phone call saying it had been fixed the same day it had arrived. It was back with me the next day and in good working order again.
Lots of firms provide an email address but don't bother to read them but Revtronic not only read my email but were really helpful. The speed of the repair service just leaves me speachless. If only all companies were this reliable. Grateful thanks for putting me back on the map.

The idrive on my e60 BMW packed in. It was constantly rebooting with no resistance on the dial. I looked around for anyone in London to repair it but to no avail. I then found Revtronic on the internet. Job done. They rebuild the unit and sent it back free of charge very well packed via UPS (better than when I sent it to them). Now it works perfectly with the new silver screen update. If you have the same problem as I did don't waste your time and use these guys. Thanks Revtronic

Renault Megane Scenic instrument cluster.
Sent my 2005 Renault Megane Scenic instrument cluster, which had died completely, to Revtronic for repair on a Tuesday morning via Parcel Force 24 so that I could track it.
It arrived late Wednesday morning, I received a call from Pops, one of the engineers on Thursday morning to tell me it was ready, I paid by card and the cluster was sent back via UPS courier service arriving on Friday morning. Ten minutes later it was fitted back into the car and working ...... Brilliant service, and all at a fraction of the cost, approx 12 per cent, of a new one fitted by Renault. And remember this repair comes with a full 1 year guarantee, just the same as a Renault replacement ..... A no brainer !

My BMW 5 series I drive unit failed and nothing would work. Spent £150 with one garage on new DVD drive, then £70 diagnostic at a BMW specialist and it still did not work. Then BMW wanted £1200 for a new unit. I found Revtronic via Google and was sceptical due to the failings of others to fix the unit. But I am glad to say I was very very wrong.
I week and £550 later everything is working. These guys really know their stuff and are the real deal. Don't normally do reviews But this level of service and work deserves it. Don't mess around taking your CCC unit anywhere else. It just ended up costing me more. Get to sunny Bradford and save the hassle.

Took my Ford Focus instument cluster for repair, it was done the same day and I picked it up the following morning, it came back clean and well packaged, repair has been spot on and they were very friendly when I phoned.
Really easy to book the repair and pay.
Good price as well, I have had quotes for double for exactly the same repair from other places.
I would definatley use then again and will be recommending them to people I know, and I'm in the motor trade.

2001 Volvo S80 2.9 SE Geartronic

I have a BMW 535d which has a problem with its CCC unit constantly rebooting. I called a number of companies who claimed to repair CCC units but could not resolve the rebooting issue.

Revtronic were the only company I found who were confident they could repair and unit, and turned it out in a timely and professional manor. They also were able to help me resolve a coding issue with my car remotely and extremely quickly. Absolute legends!!!!!

Had BMW sat nav unit updated with latest maps and soft wear. There was a few problems with my car being on a changeover year, which proved quite difficult. But these guys did a fantastic job with getting it sorted out, to which I'm highly delighted. Price was a big saving on BMW dealer prices. Pops and his team really know their stuff and are so professional, courteous,informative and really friendly. It's a pity all businesses don't operate like this. Very highly recommended.

POP This man is a genius , i gave him a dead volvo xc 70 instrument binnacle and to be honest i feared the worse especially after he showed me the train wreck that someone else had left behind. I waited less than an hour in their comfortable waiting room dreading what the outcome was going to be, all i could see was lots of money ebbing away from my wallet. Took my BMW 5 series to revtronics after previously been to Cooper BMW in York who told me the CCC Unit was the wrong one and was faulty, quoted me £1200 to fix.
Went to Revtronics on a Saturday morning, Was welcomed by Pop who made us a cup of coffee went out and diagnosed my car, Fault Bluetooth unit, CCC Unit was fine, simple matter of bypassing the Bluetooth unit then everything worked fine, This took less than a hour and cost less than £100.
Cooper BMW misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to charge me £1200 for something that I didn't need.
Revtronics sorted it in no time.
I must say Revtronics are a very professional and friendly company where nothing is too much trouble, They really know their stuff and are very helpful they couldn't do enough for me.

My bmw monitor blacked out went to bmw dealership they wanted £2000 for a new one. Phoned revtronic on Tuesday afternoon went along Wednesday morning and within 30 minutes it was fixed and at a fraction of what BMW wanted. Thanks Revtronic for sorting my sat nav on my BMW3 series. I'd been struggling for months to find someone to repair it. I was going to resort to dealers and was quoted extortionate rates just to diagnose the problem. Someone recommended you guys to me. I read the testimonials on your site and was impressed but thought it was all too good to be true. However I have to say you guys are brilliant and this is no understatement. The price quoted on the phone was £375 + vat and the timescale for repair was a week to 10 days. It was sorted in four days and

I have just come back from REVTRONIC and I have to honestly say that 'Pops' and his team are absolutely first class at what they do. I had a problem with the CD player in my Mercedes S Class 320L and I thought that the unit would have to be taken out and repaired by REVTRONIC, however 'Pops' had a listen to the CD player and was able to tell that the audio signal was not correct, now I have a good ear for music as a musician but could not tell that the audio signal was faulty 'Pops' indeed is an expert in his field. In around an hour REVTRONIC had worked their magic on my car and not only got the CD player working perfectly but also cured a fault on my idrive which I had not noticed. The team at REVTRONIC are very helpful and make a good cup of coffee! Of course I do not want my car to have any more electrical faults but if it does 'Pops' and REVTRONIC will be the first company that I will call - absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!!!

I have a BMW 6 Series (2005) and after 11 years, the CCC gave up the ghost. Despite exhaustive attempts at my local BMW dealership, I received no explanation as to why this happened, or any offer of a 'fix'. They wanted almost £1,400 (YES - eye-watering isn't it?) to replace the item and see me on my way with a 2nd degree burn on my credit card. Fortunately, I did more research and came across the experts at REVTRONIC and my prayers were answered and my CCC fixed for under £500.00. Instrument Cluster Fiat Stilo
My car has done 37k miles and although the engine is great, the Fiat electrics gave up and the instruments broke. A local auto-electrician could not fix it, and it would not have been economically viable to pay the price Fiat wanted.
Well, a little Googling and I worked out how to remove the cluster. 7 screws, that was it. Revtronic fixed the cluster perfectly for only £80 including postage.
My car is working great again and I have been prompted to write this testimonial (for the first time ever!)

Since recently purchasing a BMW X5 on an 05 plate, I was frustrated by the SatNav not working properly, by not reading the map disc. I found Revtronic on the website, gave them a call and they immediately reassured me that they would be able to fix the problem. Within a week of getting my unit sent up to them, it has been returned with new laser and unit checked over. It now works perfectly and I have to say what a great service by a team who know exactly what they are doing. Well done!!

BMW 3 Series CCC failure. I made the mistake of sending it to a company called Sinspeed, who claimed they could repair it. (WARNING - DON'T USE SINSPEED). For those of you who are researching on Google for a repair company don't make the mistake I made and save a lot of stress by going straight to Revtronic. They are without doubt 100% experts in the industry and the quality and attitude of every single member of staff is without question. The service I received was the best I have ever experienced and would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone. Thanks for an excellent service. The instrument cluster on my 2006 Vauxhall Vectra was failing intermittently, then permanently. I posted it off on a Wednesday and got it back fully fixed on the Friday, at a cost significantly lower than any of the comparable advertised companies. When I spoke with the Revtronic guys over the phone they were helpful and clearly knowledgeable. I'd certainly recommend Revtronic for any similar repairs.

2005 E90 320d - Professional Sat Nav CCC exchange.
Cannot recommend these people more highly. After being quoted in excess of £2.3k by various BMW dealers I decided to Google some alternatives and the one name that kept coming up was Revtronic. After visiting them today I can only say that the whole experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From my initial email enquiry to having Pop sort the problem in under 30 minutes of us arriving there today is a credit to their organisation and skills. Thanks again Pop. After an initial email enquiry and a telephone discussion, an initial analysis of the problem was provided, which later proved to be spot on.
Vehicle is a BMW 730 on an 06 plate - GPS initial start-up showing "Initializing" message, hanging for a minute or so, and then an error message saying "Cannot read disc, place disc in CD/DVD Drive.
BMW quoted £2700+ to rectify the problem and Revtronic did the job with new (exchange) equipment and labour cost for a tad over £200.
Their fault diagnosis was spot on, their customer service was spot on and overall, I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has problems with their in vehicle GPS system.
Work was completed in about 30 minutes, I tested the system for around 20 minutes or so, and left their premises a very happy person.
Two days on and the system is working perfectly and just as it should.

volvo dash repair s80 1st class service super fast repair and delivery

Some things don't go out of date. Good old fashioned Customer Service is one of them and I feel that Revtronic has stepped up to the mark.
A Mercedes W168 instrument cluster was sent (Special Delivery) for pixel repair and received back to me in suitably protected packaging three working days later.
From the returned condition of the cluster housing it would appear that a high quality of workmanship was employed and the correct tools used to effect the repair.
The display is now back to its pre-fault condition.

Superb service and excellent customer care. I had the infamous pixel/fuel and temp gauge problem with my mk1 audi TT. I could have removed the dash pod myself reducing the cost but for the extra it was well worth the trip to let the experts do it. A cpl of hrs later whilst sat in the Lounge area with tea and coffee it was all repaired perfectly. They even upgraded the latest software for no extra cost. Everything now works perfectly and it feels like a different car. I was almost tempted to have it remapped but not had the car too long. A highly recommended bunch of knowledgeable guys and nothing is too much trouble. Well worth the trip and will be returning for a remap. Thanks again.

My Rover 75 odometer was displaying 999999 miles following a power spike. Many, many of you with a 75 will suffer this fault as it is a known weakness and like me you will know that you need professional help to fix it. Don't bother wasting your time phoning around just get on line, fill in a form and get it sent of to these guys. I posted my instrument panel off on Tuesday and the unit was back in the car by Friday! I cannot praise them enough, hence this review and I never leave reviews for anything less than amazing service.

2003 AUDI TT DASH POD
I had the usual problem with my 2003 AUDI TT dash pod with dead pixels and faulty fuel/temp gauges. Audi as usual wanted ridiculous prices for a new replacement dash. I contacted REVTRONIC who couldn't have been more helpful with advice and suggestions. I could have removed the dash pod myself to save a bit of money but there were possible issues with damaging the immobiliser and they sorted it with ease at a small extra cost and I didn't have to re code the radio. After a cpl of hours it was completed and they upgraded the cars software free of charge.
An all round professional and knowledgeable company. will be revisiting to have mine remapped as well. Many thanks. Craig, Sheffield

My bmw ccc unit decided to start acting up and eventually went completely off.As I live in france I decided to use bba reman as they have an office over here and promise to be able to fix all - how wrong I was !!!!! After having my unit for nearly 2 months and numerous unanswered calls I was eventually told after having to call the uk office " sorry we cant fix it" So next thing was to call Revtronic , I explained my problem , they said send it over we should be able to repair it, being a little sceptical as I`d already herard the talk before, off it went. 3 days later I received an email that the unit was up and running and in the test stage.They`ve rebuilt and reprogrammed my unit in only a week, it`s now back in the car and working a treat. So 10/10 to Revtronic for service and workmanship - the only company I will use from now on- thanks guys.

Great Job done by good lads, I rang up with a fault on my Denso touch screen sat nav in my Range Rover Vogue, they checked they had the parts booked me in the next day,
less than 2 hrs after pulling into their workshop came away with it sorted. Great Job!!

These guys are fantastic they no what there talking about,giot a BMW X5 sd sport showing insert sat nav cd when it was already in there drove up from the midlands booked in first they took the ccc drive out replaced it spot on sat nav back working again I would recommend these guys to anyone 100 % thanks very much Carl.

Volvo V70 D5 Cluster Repair
Sent my Volvo Cluster in for repair. Had a phone call on the day of arrival to say that it was not faulty and no action could be taken. The Cluster was returned to me at no cost to myself same day and it was also suggested where the fault lay in my car. Great service, and a company I would recommend. I will be back to them (But hopefully not too soon!)

Bmw X5 - Sat Nav Repair

I cannot praise Revtronic enough, rang me as soon as the drive arrived as it appeared to be working initially and they wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for a service I didn't need. Explained the fault and was told rather than doing the minimum of replacing the laser they would replace the entire drive as its would be a longer term fixed. This was then sent out the same day and arrived back with me 2 days before scheduled! My sat-nav has never worked this well before.

They are really good, I send my BMW 1-Series cc unit to repair and it was very successful for the price of 420 pound. Went to bmw dealer and they told me the unit is dead I need a new 1 and it would cost me 1000 pound.

Such a refreshing change to get service as good as I experienced from Revtronic, sent my volvo s60 cluster for repair Friday and received it back fully working Monday morning, excellent service, highly recommended, many thanks.

My 04 Scenic dashboard display kept going blank and keep resting it self to zero so i sent of to be repaired and the service was excellent they repaired it the same day I had them back the next day very pleased with them would recommend them .

Carried out a replacement MMI Control unit (Multi Media Interface) on my Audi A1 vehicle. Excellent, professional service. I would recommend to anyone.

These guys are fantastic!!!!!! I had problems with my BMW X5 e70 sat nav, I couldn't get the thing to load or do anything for that matter. After visiting my local main BMW dealer and been quoted £990 for a software fix or over £2000 for a replacement my heart nearly stopped ! I found these guys online and they're amazing! Got booked in for 10am Thursday morning, by 11.30 the sat nav was replaced and in full working order. They were professional, polite, quick and the unit was replaced for 1/4 of the main dealer fix! I can't praise these guys enough! Do not take your car anywhere else. One very happy customer.

On entering the reception I was welcomed and treated with Courtesy and Respect, I explained my problem my Volvo s60 had complete
dashboard failure. I was told not to worry they would sort it for me, one hour later two of the technicians came out and reinstalled my

Had a problem with my Volvo V70's dashboard cluster. Called up Revtronic who were so helpful. Repaired the cluster for us at cost of £105.00. New unit locally was going to cost £801 just for the part. Very quick, professional service. Repair carried out on a Saturday which was very convenient and in less than 2 hours. Very friendly staff. Overall, an excellent service and would be more than happy to use Revtronic again.

2005 BMW 530i MSPORT. Satelite Navigation Failure.
The Satelite Navigation Unit completely failed on my car, leaving me with no access to commuications, radio and information systems like flat tyre monitor and oil level. Fotunately, an internet search lead me to discover Revtronic in Braford who I contacted by email. In a matter of hours, I was answered by a very pleasent gentleman named Pops, who reassured me that it was a very common problem which they could could fix by rebuilding the unit for £ 375 + vat. in approximately 7 -10 days.
After veiwing thier well presented video on how to remove the unit from the vehicle, I subsequently posted the unit to them and was contacted by Pops on the day they recieved it who confirmed it needed a rebuild and that it would likely take 4 - 5days. It was actually nearer 16 days or so before being informed that the unit was repaired and tested and ready for reinstallation back into my vehicle.
The reinstallation process was carried out in 10 -15 mins, at a mtually convenient time a couple of days later and the unit is back to full working order.
I'm very satisfied with the service from Revtronic and would not hestitate to highly recommend them.
